Director, Mortgage and Protection Advisor
Finest Mortgage Solutions Ltd was founded by Ashley Davis, Director and lead Mortgage & Protection Advisor, following over 10 years' experience working in Financial Services, spending many successful years within a corporate estate agency as a Mortgage and Protection Broker, being a finalist in the 'UK Broker of the year' category with British Mortgage awards in 2020, he decided to launch the Finest Mortgage Solutions in 2022 to provide a whole or market offering and much more personalised service.
Ashley is friendly, polite, laid back and able to get on your level which he believes is the key to building great relationships and rapport with clients which in turn makes your customer journey much smoother due to his personable approach, not to mention his wealth of knowledge and contacts within the industry.
In his spare time, Ash likes to spend time with his fiancé and children, watch sport (mainly football and his beloved Man United), and loves a good restaurant.
Francesca aka ‘Fran’ has worked for the largest estate agency chain in the UK for many years for prior to joining Finest Mortgage Solutions therefore, has a wealth of knowledge of the property market, and understands the process of buying a house like the back of her hand.
Fran works alongside Ashley and Carla as their business administrator and will support them with the smooth progression of your mortgage application through to completion.
She has built a great relationship with our panel of solicitors, will liaise with them regularly to ensure your application is staying right on track, and “no question is a silly question” to her.
Fran is always available on the other end of the phone/email to help and support you throughout your journey with us.
She prides herself on going above and beyond for customers and will keep in contact with you throughout the process.
In her spare time, Fran enjoys spending time with her partner, nieces and nephews as well as a tipple every now and then.

Carla has a great wealth of experience in property and finance working in the industry for over five years.
She started her career within corporate estate agency before taking the leap and joining the team at Finest Mortgage Solutions.
Carla provides a consistent, professional but personal experience for her clients. With her bubbly and friendly personality her aim is to make the process as smooth as possible from the initial appointment until completion, making you feel comfortable and confident throughout.
Carla understands that purchasing a home can be one of life’s most important decisions so is always on hand to reassure you, answer your questions and support you every step of the way.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, watching reality TV, and spending time with her partner and her first child, her cat Rufus.
